    Armour Group plc is the UK’s leading consumer electronics group focused on the in-car communication/entertainment and home entertainment markets. It comprises two divisions: Armour Automotive and Armour Home.

  3. Directors’ responsibilities

    The Board comprises two non-executive directors and two executive directors. Bob Morton is the non-executive Chairman and Steve Bodger is the non-executive Senior Independent Director. The position of Chief Executive is separate from that of Chairman and is held by George Dexter. John Harris is the Group Finance Director and Company Secretary.

  11. Admission document and circulars

    Armour Group plc (formerly Armour Trust plc) was listed on the London Stock Exchange in the early 1970s. On 2 July 2002, Armour Group plc moved to the AIM market, being more appropriate than a full listing given the group’s size and strategy for development and growth.

    At the date of admission onto AIM, and due to Armour Group plc having been fully listed, there was no requirement for Armour Group plc to prepare an Admission Document. Consequently no such document is shown on this web site.
