Armour Group is an AIM listed company and was first quoted company on the London Stock Exchange in the early1970s. Key landmarks and milestones in Armour Group’s history include:

2002
  • July - transfers to London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM)
2003
  • March - purchases Continental Technologies & Investments Limited (CTI)
  • October - acquires Veda Products Limited, QED Audio Products Limited, Goldring Products Limited and Integrated Media Installations Limited to form the Armour Home Division
2004
  • September - acquires The Hi-End Limited
  • November - acquires Myryad Systems Limited
2006
  • February - acquires Alphason and launches Q Acoustics brand and product range
  • September - completes 25 per cent strategic investment in Audica Limited
  • September- opens Concept Design Centre
2007
  • January - launches Armour Asia with office-opening in Hong Kong
  • January - NAD and Tivoli exclusive distribution agreements signed
  • August - sells Armour Custom Services operation
2008
  • August - signed agreement with Directed Electronics to distribute Clifford Viper, Hornet and Orion vehicle alarms
2010
  • Group re-banks with GE Capital Finance.
2014
  • March - sale of the Armour Automotive Division.
2014
  • August - Sale of the Armour Home Division.
2016
  • March - Acquistion of OneView Commerce Inc.
